New stories incorporating floating timelines are already here. That means stories aren't restricted by time or a character aging. Everything can be told in one order or another. You choose your path. Of course, major events will still occur in a consistent manner, but this allows all of us to dip deeper into the universe.

Everyone is getting a fresh coat of paint. Characters will an established habit of wear, characters who don't. Series 2 promises to be one that gives you a new perspective on the appearance of your favorite character, while sticking firm to its roots so it's still recognizable, relishable, and strengthens the personality itself.
